Custom URL support

ENHANCEMENT Ticket (closed) 

Instead of a random-generated URL, would be nice to specify a custom URL :-)
Considering IRC's channels.

Perhaps our api can be modified to generate our own short urls (anologue.com is a relatively short domain name).

For now, when you set the title of an anologue it creates a slug for the document id. Thus, the url becomes the id. Sometimes a few alphanumeric characters are added to resolve duplicate ids and keep urls at a minimum length. If these urls aren't short enough maybe someone can implement a url shortener goo.gl ;)
