Pull Request: updated table of contents and fixed code example in Testing chapter

ENHANCEMENT Ticket (closed) 

###What happened:
- One of my colleagues had trouble getting the testing example working and we found that the 'items' key in the RecordSet constructor needed to be changed to 'data'

- While I was learning how to setup drafts locally, I updated the table of contents to include the globalization, testing, and appendices
